Bombs at Yanukovych's Visit

KIEV — Three small bombs went off next to government buildings in the Ukrainian city of Kirovograd hours before a visit by President Viktor Yanukovych, police said Friday.

No one was injured in the Thursday night blasts, which shattered windows in a prosecutor’s office, a court building and a police precinct, police said. The president’s visit went ahead. No arrests have been made.
