Gold prices could reach $1,500 an ounce by year’s end, the chairman of Petropavlovsk, Russia’s third-largest producer of the metal, said Tuesday.
Gold may even rise to $2,500 an ounce “in a year or so,” Peter Hambro said in an interview.
