RusHydro Plans New Shares

RusHydro will issue 1.86 billion shares to cover damage to a Kabardino-Balkaria power station from an attack by suspected Islamist rebels, the state hydropower holding said Monday.

Six masked men stormed the Baksan plant in July, shot dead two guards and set off remote-controlled bombs beside the main generator units.
