SYDNEY, Australia () -- Floris Jan Bovelander scored twice from first-half penalty corners to guide defending champion the Netherlands to a 3-1 victory over Australia on Friday and a place in the final of the World Cup field hockey tournament.
The Netherlands now will play either Germany or Pakistan in Sunday's final, while top-seeded Australia failed to emulate its 1986 World Cup triumph.
