A skirt made of milk containers is one of the items on display in "Trash Art," an exhibition that opened last weekend at the Timiryazev Biological Museum. The exhibition features items crafted by children from pieces of junk - such as soda bottles, plastic cups and a chandelier - during a nationwide contest held last year. The contest, titled "Time to Gather Trash," was organized by the museum to promote awareness of the environment. "Trash Art" runs to June 4 at the Timiryazev Biological Museum, located at 15 Malaya Gruzinskaya Ulitsa. Photograph by Igor Tabakov.
