Last weekend Muscovites were treated not only to the good weather, but also to"Faces&Laces," a two-day festival of modern culture. Taking place on Aug. 8 and 9 in Gorky Park, the event offered local designers the opportunity to present their products to a hip audience.

Alex, 26, an IT specialist, said his beard is 17-18 inches long. He is looking forward to running in the Moscow Marathon in September. Last year he ran it in 4 hours and 15 minutes after only two months of training.

Pavel, 47, had two Elvis tattoos on his body. He got into rock back in the 1980s, when he would buy albums on the black market. "Suspicious Minds" is his favorite Elvis song.

Rockabilly fans Mitya and Alexei, 36, were also among those in attendance. Mitya, who has a tattoo of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe on his arms, organizes rockabilly events.
