Putin's Former Campaign Manager Declares Record Income in 2015

Head of St Petersburg?€™s National Mineral Resources University and President Vladimir Putin?€™s former campaign manager Vladimir Litvinenko has again declared the highest income of any Russian university rector, the RBC news website reported Friday.

According to Litvinenko's income declaration, he earned 277 million rubles ($3.5 million) last year, 197 million rubles more than in 2014.

Litvinenko is the former head of Vladimir Putin?€™s campaign team. He owns a 14.54 percent stake in the PhosAgro fertilizer company and has been ranked 177 in Forbes' list of Russia?€™s richest businessman, RBC reported.
