Uralkali fell Friday the most in almost a month after Vedomosti reported that the potash producer may have to pay for reserves lost in a 2006 mine flood and the subsequent relocation of power utilities.

Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin told government agencies to calculate damages to the state and then propose how to seek payment from the fertilizer producer, the newspaper said, citing a copy of his order.
