Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev plans to hold a live question-and-answer session with Russia's state-run television on Wednesday.

The program is scheduled to run on Rossia-1 television channel at noon, the programming lineup said, without specifying the content of the questions.

President Vladimir Putin will hold his annual news conference a week later, on Dec. 18, according to the Kremlin website. The president also made his annual state of the nation address last week.
