Sechin?€™s Gas Talks in Belarus

Gazprom will pay $625 million for a stake in Beltransgaz, the Belarussian pipeline operator, in February, Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin said Friday, RIA-Novosti reported.

He said Belarus should use the payment to compensate for price increases for Russian gas supplies, it reported. He also said Russia was offering Belarus duty-free oil for domestic use, Interfax reported.
