OPEC Wants Russian Help

OPEC needs to improve its cooperation with Russia, the world’s biggest oil exporter, as the cartel seeks to limit output and keep crude prices stable, the group’s president said Sunday.

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries should maintain a constant dialogue with non-member producers, said Ecuador Mines and Oil Minister Germanico Pinto, who currently holds the oil cartel’s 12-month rotating presidency.
