Anti-Monopoly Agency to Fine Google

The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service announced Tuesday that it intends to fine Google for purportedly violating Russian advertising laws.

The regulator has accused Google of advertising several types of medication without providing the legally necessary health warnings and instructions on how they should be taken.

Google has been ordered to stop advertising the pharmaceuticals in question —?  namely Kagotsel, Immunal, Immunal Plus C and Genferon Light Spray, all of which are used to either prevent flu or relieve flu symptoms — while the case is being put together.
