AECOM

Engin Tur has been named operations manager for manufacturing projects at AECOM's practice in Russia. Previously, he was a senior project manager at AECOM for five years. Tur has managed automotive, oil and gas industry projects in Russia and other CIS countries. Before AECOM, he worked as an infrastructure projects leader in Kazakhstan for oil giant Chevron. Tur has a degree in mechanical engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA degree from Istanbul's Yeditepe University. 

CB Richard Ellis

Yelena Denisova has been hired as director and head of the office agency for CB Richard Ellis in Moscow. Denisova had worked in the office agency department at Jones Lang LaSalle for about nine years. In her previous positions, she had maintained accounts with large real estate players such as Capital Partners, Don Stroi, Storm Properties and Horus Capital. She also had handled leasehold acquisition transactions with multinationals and Russian companies such as Pfizer, Renaissance Capital, Alcatel-Lucent, Slavneft and Schlumberger. In her job with CBRE, she will be responsible for expanding the office agency staff and increasing transaction volume.

Colliers International

Tatyana Malyanova has been named deputy operations director in the retail real estate department at Colliers International. She will supervise a number of the department's main projects, including VTB Arena Park, the Krasny Kit retail and entertainment center in Mytishchi, the Izumrudny City retail and entertainment center in Tomsk and the Yekaterininsky shopping center in Yekaterinburg. Malyanova was the management director for retail real estate at Hals-Development in 2010-11. Previously, Malyanova was deputy director of the retail real estate department at Colliers, where she began work as a retail real estate consultant in 2003 and became a senior consultant in 2005. 

Cushman & Wakefield

Sergei Chemerikin has been appointed director of the valuation department at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to C&W, Chemerikin worked at Ernst & Young, performing valuation and business modeling in transaction advisory services for about three years. Before that, he worked at Sistema Hals. Chemerikin is experienced in creating and implementing real estate portfolio management systems and has participated in merger and acquisition deals and initial public offering preparations. He graduated from the State University of Land Use and Finance Academy.

Artyom Pichugov has been named special projects manager for the warehouse and industrial department at Cushman & Wakefield. Pichugov will be responsible for business development of warehouse projects in Russia. He worked with Eurasia Logistics as head of Severnoye Domodedovo Industrial Logistic Complex for three years prior to C&W. He also has worked with RosEvroDevelopment and Russian real estate firm AREIM. He is a graduate of St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. 

Denis Strelkov has been named one of Cushman & Wakefield's capital market directors for Russia, a position in which he will work with major clients on raising funds for real estate projects. Before Cushman & Wakefield, he had held positions at Renova StroyGroup, Jones Lang LaSalle, UFG/Deutsche Bank and German retail developer ECE. Strelkov holds an MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., in the United States.

Jones Lang LaSalle

Sergei Fedorov has been named as head of the newly formed street retail department in the St. Petersburg office of Jones Lang LaSalle. The department will focus on all of Russia, especially the northwest region. Fedorov is associate director of Jones Lang LaSalle in St. Petersburg, and he will now direct business development for St. Petersburg as well. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, he was chief executive of Praktis Consulting and Brokerage.

Andrew Sherlock has been hired as managing director of Tetris Solutions Russia, a real estate service group that Jones Lang LaSalle announced in September. Sherlock has more than 16 years in the commercial fit-out market in Russia. Prior to joining Tetris Solutions, he was commercial director at Fudes Construction from 2008-11. From 2007-08, he was managing director for projects at M2 Metropolis, part of Metropolis Development. He also has held senior positions in Fela Planungs and Mercury Engineering. Tetris Solutions Russia will provide interior fit-out services such as space and design consulting.

Knight Frank

Maxim Zagoruiko has been appointed associate director for the industrial, warehouse and land team at Knight Frank Russia and CIS. He will be responsible for developing business in the industrial park sector in Moscow, as well as the regions. He has held management positions in such Russian consulting companies such as Miel, Property Club and Warehouse Solutions and Consulting, and he had previously worked with Knight Frank. Zagoruiko graduated from Moscow State Construction University with a degree in engineering technology.

NAI Becar

Mikhail Shutov has been hired as a managing partner at NAI Becar. He will direct the strategic development of the management and operations department. Prior to NAI Becar, he worked at Fragra, a Russian site manager for commercial real estate. He was an operations director there from 2006 to 2008 and commercial director from 2008 until he joined NAI Becar this fall. From 2001 to 2003 he was the chief engineer for the Pyezo defense plant. Shutov graduated from the Moscow State Steel and Alloy Institute.

S.A. Ricci

Sergei Yegorov was appointed director of the elite real estate department at S.A. Ricci. He also was made a partner of the firm. Prior to his new position, he was an expert with real estate investment firm Est-a-Tet, where he handled new projects and worked with major clients. He graduated from Moscow State Institute for International Relations, or MGIMO.
