The Russian Foreign Ministry has accused UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon of an anti-Moscow bias in his assessment of its actions in Syria, according to remarks published on the ministry's website Monday.
Köken Ergun's solo exhibition entitled "Young Turks" just opened at the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art. At the time when Russia-Turkey relations are at their lowest point in the post-Soviet era, the exhibition is devoted to Turkey's cultural and linguistic expansion around the world. It consists of a two-channel video, multi-media installation and other art pieces.
Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) announced the arrest of seven members of the Islamic State in the Urals city of Yekaterinburg, who were reportedly preparing "high-profile terrorist attacks" in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Sverdlovsk region with the use of homemade explosives, the RIA Novosti news agency reported Monday.
