Sunday, March 13th.... took a look at the Moscow Times and was shocked by lack of attention to the tragedies in Japan. This one day edition of a leading Russian paper speaks volumes about the place of Russiaand its governance in today's world.   As one who spend over a decade working to provide assistance to Russian organizations and those in neighboring countries, the futility of it all is obvious. Repeated terms for Putin and friends at richly deserved, as are expanding numbers of billionaires!!!
