Holidays Begin With Christmas Eve Vigil for Moscow's Catholics

For Catholics in Moscow, the Christmas holidays officially began with Christmas Eve mass on Wednesday, offered in both Polish and Russian at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.



At all Christmas masses, believers kneel together as they read out the verse that ends with "and he was incarnate and became man."
