A business breakfast on creating holding structures based on European jurisdiction was held Feb. 17 at the Sheraton Hotel. The event was organized by The Moscow Times with support from Incor Alliance and Lansky, Ganzger + Partners.
As part of the meeting, attendees heard about mechanisms for optimizing or reorganizing the structure of a holding company through European jurisdictions. Experts from Incor Alliance and Lansky, Ganzger + Partners spoke about improving security in business ownership, centralized management, the formation of attractive investment structures and increasing a company's capitalization.
Special attention was given to Austria as a unique place to create a holding company in a talk by Beatrix Shlaffer, representing the Vienna Stock Exchange.
