Annual M&A Forum
The 11th annual M&A forum from The Moscow Times will focus on prospects for the mergers and acquisitions market in 2010, including a review of completed and pending transactions with an emphasis on sectors where an increase of these operations has been observed. Speakers will talk about the latest developments in Russia's corporate law, particularly on state policy in relation to M&A transactions and the requirements of the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service, as well as making forecasts of the market with the participation of foreign capital.
The crisis on the Russian M&A market really is over, but the volume of transactions remains at 2006 levels. Recovery is slow. How does the M&A market see itself today? What forecasts are experts making on the future of the M&A market?
