Migration Legislation
The Moscow Times and PricewaterhouseCoopers hold an annual conference called "Russia's Migration Legislation." This year, the event will cover typical cases of violation of immigration law, when companies are liable for violations, litigation involving foreign workers, and issues surrounding the taxation of foreign employees. Experts from PricewaterhouseCoopers will give practical advice on problems faced by companies in their daily activities.
Not knowing all the subtleties of the law, many companies have difficulty in navigating the complicated area of employing foreign nationals, which can often bring on claims by the inspection bodies.
The conference is designed for HR directors and heads of legal departments, who at the event will receive answers to the most pressing issues relating to immigration law, as well as hear about real examples from practice.
