Rostelecom said Monday that 2009 profit fell 70 percent on lower revenue from fixed-line services.
Net income dropped to 3.67 billion rubles ($119 million) from 12.2 billion rubles in 2008, the fixed-line operator said. Revenue declined 1.7 percent to 65.5 billion rubles.
