LONDON — The Gazprom-led Nord Stream gas pipeline consortium and banks are in the process of signing documentation for a 3.9 billion euro ($5.4 billion) financing, sources close to the deal said Friday.
Signing on a deal to back Nord Stream will be completed Tuesday, one of the sources said.
