The 11th International Yoga Journal Conference will take place on Oct 7-8 at Moscow-City. This event will be held at one of the most beautiful and comfortable locations in the city — the Crystal Ball Room of the «Oko» tower.

The headliner of the 11th Conference is Katie Silcox, a Hatha-yoga teacher and writer, author of the bestseller «Healthy, happy, sexy. The wisdom of ayurveda for modern women». Other teachers include Gert van Leeuwen, the founder of Critical Alignment yoga and Elena Siderskaya, daughter of Andrey Sidersky, founder of the Yoga23 method. She is also the methodologist of the style and one of the leading teachers of Yoga23.

12 different styles of yoga will be presented at the Conference – from classical styles to original ones. The leading instructors from Russia, the US, France, the Netherlands, India, Italy and the Ukraine will teach 28 classes. These are Ruth Lauer-Manenti (Jivamukti yoga), Sergey Agapkin (yogatherapy), Alain Falduzzi (Samadeva yoga), Sergey Mironenko (meditation, Yoga nidra), Dayalu (Amrita yoga), Sadashiva (Tantra Kriya Yoga), Anna Lunegova (Jivamukti yoga), Manoj Nambron (yogatherapy), Ana Shein (Inner yoga), Anastasiya Naumova (Kundalini yoga), Dmitry Barishnikov (Ashtanga yoga), Olga Ilyinskaya (Iyengar yoga), Fuad Aliyev (Hatha yoga).
