Air France has canceled 75 percent of its flights to Moscow on Friday due to an ongoing pilot strike that is expected to last until Monday.
In total, 31 of 37 flights to the Russian capital have been canceled because of the strike, as have two scheduled flights to St. Petersburg on Friday, the Interfax news agency quoted the carrier as saying.
Passengers scheduled to fly with Air France on Friday are advised to check the airline's website before traveling to the airport.
The pilots, who have been on strike since Monday, are protesting plans by Air France to expand its low-cost carrier Transavia, with staff worried that the move could see jobs moved outside of the country.
According to Air France, the strike is costing it about 10-15 million euros ($13-20 million) a day, Reuters reported.
