India's top iron ore miner NMDC expects to finalize a joint venture with Severstal by August to build a 2 million ton steel plant, delaying the deal by two months, NMDC chairman Rana Som said Wednesday.
NMDC is also in talks with the Russian firm to supply coking coal to another 3 million ton steel plant it is building in India.
