Moscow will receive 73 kilometers of new metro lines and 43 new stations by 2015, First Deputy Mayor Vladimir Resin said in an interview to be published by Komsomolskaya Pravda, RIA-Novosti reported Tuesday.
Twenty-seven of those will be light-rail metro stations, Resin said, adding that a plan for a light-rail line to Moscow’s Zelenograd Administrative District, located some 20 kilometers to the northwest of the city limits, will also be presented in December.
