Brunswick UBS Warburg Al Breach has been appointed chief economist and fixed-income strategist at Brunswick UBS Warburg. Breach earlier worked as a Russia economist for Goldman Sachs. Conde Nast Robyn Holt has been appointed general director of the Conde Nast publishing house in Russia, which publishes Vogue, GQ and AD magazines. Holt replaces Mikhail von Shlippe. Holt earlier worked as general director of Conde Nast in Australia. Australian Consulate Sebastian Fitzlyon has been appointed Australia's first honorary consul following the establishment of the country's honorary consulate in St. Petersburg. Fitzlyon is to assist the embassy in carrying out its consular duties to Australian citizens in the new consular district, which includes the cities of St. Petersburg, Petrozavodsk, Murmansk and Arkhangelsk and the surrounding regions. Fitzlyon owns the S. Zinovieff & Co. surveying company and has been active in St. Petersburg business groups for years.
