Robbers Charged KIEV (Reuters) -- Three German bank robbers who seized hostages and blazed across eastern Europe in a 1,600-kilometer car chase were charged Friday with crimes that could land them in a Ukrainian jail for 15 years. Oleksander Skrypnyk, spokesman for Ukraine's SBU security service, said the robbers, whose brazen flight ensnarled police in three countries earlier this month, could also be extradited to Germany to face further charges. In Ukraine they face charges of hostage taking, smuggling, illegal border crossing and arms possession. Citizenship Bill MOSCOW (AP) -- The State Duma passed a bill on third reading Friday that would make it more difficult to acquire Russian citizenship. The Duma voted 252-152 with two abstentions to approve the government-proposed bill. It must also be passed by the Federation Council and signed by President Vladimir Putin to become law.
