Two managers of a landscaping company were shot dead with a hunting rifle in Moscow on Monday by a former employee, the Interfax news agency reported, citing unidentified sources in law enforcement.

According to the agency, the shooter entered the company's offices on Ulitsa Vavilova southwest of the city center at 11 a.m and fired several shots. Police later arrested the shooter in a getaway car.

The motive for the shooting was longstanding hostility between the former employee and his employers, a source told Interfax.
