Over 120 Victims of Moscow Metro Crash Still in Hospital

More than 120 people injured in a train derailment and subsequent crash on the Moscow metro remain in the hospital, three in critical condition, health officials said Thursday.

Twenty-two people have died since three metro cars slid off the tracks between the western Slavyansky Bulvar and Park Pobedy stations on the city's Dark Blue Line during rush hour on Tuesday morning.

In total, 255 people were given medical assistance following the crash.

Of those still in the hospital, 25 are considered to be in serious condition, 74 in moderately severe condition and 48 in satisfactory condition, the Health Ministry said in a statement. Thirteen victims have been discharged from the hospital.
