Two advice
- Don’t be shy with the ice in your cocktails! Never put in just a few ice cubes. They will float on the surface, melt quickly and are very bad at chilling cocktails!
- Always fill the glass to the top with ice, and then pour in the ingredients. This way the ice will have no time to melt and will chill your cocktail well.
