Promsvyazbank Boss Leaves

Promsvyazbank said Thursday that Artyom Konstandyan would replace Alexander Levkovsky as president.

Levkovsky, who has headed the bank since 2001, is leaving the bank “by his own initiative,” the lender said in a statement. He will depart once the Central Bank approves the appointment of Konstandyan, who currently holds the post of vice president, it said.
