Starting from spring 2014, Muscovites will be required to pay for parking at all the city's major parks.
City Hall intends to launch a tender for the organization of the paid parking sites. Within two to three months, designers will get down to planning, and the first sites are expected to open in April 2014, RIA Novosti reported, citing the deputy head of the Department of Transportation Yevgeny Mikhailov.
In addition, the tender will include a review of road planning around the parks.
Only Gorky Park currently has paid parking, which has been in effect since July 25.
