Dressed in early 20th-century bathing suits, a group of children poses against a watery backdrop. The snapshot, taken by an unknown photographer in the 1910s, went on display this week in an exhibition titled "Beach Romance" at the Moscow House of Photography. Besides anonymous tourists, the exhibition features the summery works of illustrious Russian and Soviet photographers from 1900 to the present day, such as Yevgeny Khaldei and Sergei Chilikov. "Beach Romance" runs to Sept. 1 at the Moscow House of Photography, located at 18 Ulitsa Ostozhenka.
